Terms & Conditions
Last updated 18 June 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Vivere website and the relocation services provided by Vivere SAS. By contacting us or engaging our services, you accept these terms.
1. About us
Vivere SAS is a company registered in Paris (RCS Paris 383 888 252), with its registered office at 16 rue de la Ville l'Évêque, 75008 Paris, France. You can reach us at douglas@vivere.help.
2. Our services
Vivere provides relocation support, which may include guidance and coordination relating to visas and residence permits, housing search, school enrolment, and administrative setup such as banking and healthcare registration. The precise scope, fees and timeline of any engagement are set out in a separate written proposal agreed with you before work begins.
3. What we do and do not promise
- We provide professional coordination and guidance with care and diligence. We do not control the decisions of immigration authorities, landlords, schools or banks, and we cannot guarantee a particular outcome, approval or timeframe from any third party.
- We are a relocation service. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal representation; where formal legal advice is required, we will help you engage a suitably qualified professional.
- Information on this website is provided for general guidance and may change without notice.
4. Your responsibilities
To serve you well, we rely on the information and documents you provide being accurate, complete and provided in good time. You remain responsible for the truthfulness of any statement made in applications submitted on your behalf and for complying with the laws of your destination country.
5. Fees and payment
Fees are agreed in advance in your proposal. Unless stated otherwise, third-party costs — such as government fees, deposits, translation or notary charges — are payable by you in addition to our fees. Payment terms are set out in the proposal.
6. Cancellation
Either party may end an engagement in writing. Where you cancel, you remain liable for work properly carried out and third-party costs already committed up to the cancellation date. Any statutory right of withdrawal applicable to consumers is set out in your proposal.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our total liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees you have paid us for that engagement. We are not liable for losses caused by the acts or decisions of third parties.
8. Intellectual property
The content, design and branding of this website belong to Vivere SAS and may not be reproduced without our permission.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Paris, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you.
